Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full service fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will also be charged the full service fee. Running Late A 10-minute grace period is offered. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to your appointment, and I cannot guarantee that your full service can still be provided. If we need to reschedule due to tardiness, the cancellation policy will apply. Multiple Occurrences If late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows occur on two or more consecutive occasions, future appointments may no longer be accommodated.
